Chevy Announces New Shock Color For 2019 Camaro | Clutch Master Cylinder

Not all bikes handle the same—on purpose. There are three kinds of frames: sharp-turning, middle-of-the-road and neutral. Which one suits your riding style? 

I have a 2014 that has rear & front parking sensors, as well as lane departure warning. They are awful. Basically anytime I hit the turn signal, beeeeeeeeeeep. The car in the next lane can be 4 cars lengths back, but I still get a ding. I put it in reverse, beeeeeeepp. To let me know there are cars driving on the road 40 feet past the parking lot I’m in.

(2/tie) KTM 450SXF and Husqvarna FC450. We like that AER air forks can be set up for different conditions with just a few adjustments. We had no problems making Intermediate and Pro riders happy; the trouble arose with Vet and light riders. They complained about harshness at the end of the stroke. We feel this is due to the more rigid frame, as it made us go softer to get the same plushness we had with the 2018 chassis. In response, we ran lower air pressures, as low as 133 psi (stock is 154 psi), with the compression clicker between 25 and 35 clicks out. If that didn’t fix the harshness, we removed 10cc of oil from the damping leg only.

Fuel tank issues are not something that can be taken lightly. Chevy ran into an issue with fuel tanks with their 2011- 2015 line of Chevy Silverado 3500 and GMC Sierra 3500 pickup trucks. Both of these trucks came equipped with dual fuel tanks. According to GM Authority, there was an issue with the front fuel tank supprot, and the fuel-level sensor software was not working properly. This could lead to potential fires.

The Husqvarna FC450 could have won this year’s shootout, but rather than making the FC450 feel more distinctly different from the KTM 450SXF it is based on, the Husky engineers made the two bikes more identical than ever. The seat is no longer square. The plastic subframe isn’t as resilient, and the airbox isn’t as bulky in the rear anymore. When you sit on the orange and white bikes, they feel identical—save for the bar bend. Most MXA test riders liked the feel of the Husky bar bend and optional maps better than those on the 450SXF units. The biggest difference is that the Husqvarna power feels mellower, which lots of test riders liked because it was ultra-smooth; however, Husky didn’t fix the Magura clutch problem from last year. The slave seal often fails—forcing us to replace it with a Brembo piston from the KTM parts book. The ice-cream-cone restrictor in the muffler is a crime against humanity. What is it doing in there? It costs the FC450 almost a full horsepower compared to the KTM at peak. As on the KTM 450SXF, we drill holes in the airbox to give it more power across the board, but we’ve been doing this to Husqvarnas for a few years now. 

“If they’re going to try and weasel their way out of this, I really don’t want anything to do with the truck anymore,” he told me over the phone, clearly bothered by the fact that this happened to a truck heavily marketed as a hard-core off-roader.

Q: I own a 2012 Chevy Suburban with 71,000 miles that I have owned since new. Recently I went through a local car wash and when I came out the other side, my dash starting displaying “Service Traction Control” and “Service Stabilitrak” messages. After displaying these messages, it will then display “Traction Off” and “Stabilitrak Off.” The anti-lock braking system light also comes on when the engine is running. It doesn’t appear to have affected the engine in any way, nor has it affected the four-wheel-drive system. I’m thinking it’s some kind of sensor somewhere that somehow got wet in going through the car wash, but that is only speculation on my part. Any suggestions, ideas and/or solutions would be much appreciated.

My tester featured the Redline package that’s part of the Premier trim and it had a great exterior feel that included unique black rims with decorative red hash marks, black nameplates with a red outline, blacked-out grille, and black Chevrolet bowtie logos.

@Sajeev: “The cost to replace sensors, cameras, modules, wiring, etc. after a collision without insurance. The retail price of these bits ain’t cheap, the days of people paying for repairs out of pocket are numbered if such technology is mandated.”

I agree with the forward sensors over the rear with the camera. With the high hood in my canyon the front ones would be great. I can use the camera on the back.
